Sandringham Life Saving Club’s 2026 AGM was held on Saturday, 8th of August at the clubhouse.
We had a great time together discussing the leadership, strengths and challenges of the club. We were able to elect some roles, however, some roles are still vacant.
Positions that were elected for the 2026/7 season are as follows:
- Director of Operations (Executive Committee – 1 year term): Gary Beer
- Property Director: David Campbell
- Club Captain: Daniel Pardo
- Chief Instructor (1 year term): Bianca Pither
The following roles are now vacant, or searching for a suitable alternative:
- Vice President (Executive Committee)
- Secretary (Executive Committee) – Please note, Christina Peace is acting in a caretaking role until the role is filled.
- Director of Member Services & Welfare (1 year term)
- Club Engagement & Activities Manager (1 year term)
These vacant roles are still open to applicants and can be elected in a standard Board Meeting. We strive to be a very inclusive club and strongly encourage each member to consider filling a vacant role on the Board of Management.
